The FAQ list answers the most common technical questions we
receive. If you cannot find your question within the list,
please submit
your problem via e-mail to us and it will be answer back to
you in email by one of our technical support specialist.
Return
Policy
Within 30 days from the date of invoice, product may be returned
or exchanged if defective. (Damage to the Product resulting
from accident, misuse, abuse, or modifications not authorized
by us will not be accepted from the above term.) Important! Since our warehouse is not in the same location
as our main office, packages without a RMA number will be
rejected and returned intact to the Sender without process.
